ORDER

The writ prayer is in two parts. As regards, conducting of survey, the same can be agitated later. Liberty is given to the petitioner. The scope of this writ petition is confined only for issuance of patta. 2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order.
