(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks action to be taken against the erstwhile Office bearers of the local body for having illegally granted water connection to the villagers of Nathamedu Gandhi Nagar, Athoor Post, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.It is the allegation of the writ petitioner that the private respondents have taken illegal gratification for providing such water connection. The petitioner had already given a representation dated 27.10.2016. This Court, directs the third respondent to consider the said representation after issuing notice to the concerned parties. The third respondent will complete the said exercise in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.With this direction this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
