ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to change the investigation in Crime No.668 of 2015, which is now pending on the file of the third respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint was given in the year 2015 and the accused person is liable to pay huge amount of money, which was undertaken to be paid by him even before the police. The learned counsel further submit that the third respondent police is not taking steps to investigate the case and the accused person is freely moving without settling the amount to the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case is under investigation and the undertaking letter dated 20.07.2002 has been sent for expert opinion and the report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is awaited.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent. The third respondent shall take effective steps to complete the investigation, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under the active monitoring of the second respondent.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
