O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation on the complaint dated 17.06.2019 from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 17.06.2019, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been referred before the Social Welfare Department, Sivagangai for further investigation. The said Social Welfare Department, Sivagangai has also conducted the enquiry with the fourth respondent and sent a report before the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent has to complete the investigation within a short span of time.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10372 of 2019 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the transfer of investigation cannot be ordered at this stage. Now, the report has been received from the Social Welfare Officer and as such the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
