ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to initiate appropriate actions on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has recevied the complaint given by the petitioner and C.S.R.No.55 of 2022 was given on 09.06.2022 and it is under enquiry.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
