ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2015 for sub-division and to grant separate patta in respect of his property.

2. In the Writ Petition, earlier notice was ordered to the respondents-2 to 4. Despite service of notice and their names are printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on their behalf.

3. Considering limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits and contents of the representation

made by the petitioner, dated 13.10.2015, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in respect of the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to respondents-2 to 4 herein and after giving them an opportunity of hearing also. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
