Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the issue of false complaint relating to civil dispute given by the third respondent herein. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry with regard to the civil complaint.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent in respect of civil dispute, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed as civil in nature.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that, now an enquiry has been conducted on the complaint filed by the third respondent and the complaint has been closed as civil in nature, no further order is required in this case.
