This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to provide information according to the Right to Information Act which made in petitioner's application on 03.04.2016.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to provide information under the Right to Information Act on the petitioner's application dated 03.04.2016.

2. Since the petitioner's application was not considered within statutory period, petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent and the same is pending.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the

appeal was taken on file on 31.01.2016 and the same is pending and further submitted that the first respondent will dispose the Appeal as per law.

4. Therefore, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
