*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking to remove the encroachment made in public pathway by the respondents 4 and 5 in Survey No.263/11, situated at Thattakudi Village, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 30.07.2018 to the third respondent. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner is before this Court with this Writ Petition.

Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation, we direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2018 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 herein.
