This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quah FIR in Crime No.230 of 2022, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC r/w 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damages and Loss)Act, 1992 dated 07.07.2022 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2/4

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in Cr.No.230 of 2022 has been completed and charge sheet also filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. He further submitted that trial also commenced in this case. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. 29.02.2024 NCC :
