ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to enhance the petitioner's age limit to get appointment in Notification No.HRM/01/2017 which was published in the Website, www.tiic.org by the Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited through Recruitment Notification on 15.02.2017 and consequently direct the respondent No.1 to keep one post as vacant for the petitioner within the time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2.This Court cannot go into the realm of affairs of the recruitment process and it is ultimately the domain of the recruiting Agency.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that today(03.03.2017) is the last date for making application as per the Notification and therefore, the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2017 seeking to enhance the age limit, may be directed to be considered by the respondents. 4.There is no proof to show that the said representation has reached the respondents. It is very doubtful whether the representation dated 28.02.2017 which is sought to be disposed of, has reached the respondents. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant such direction. As stated supra, on the merits of the matter also, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer sought for.

With this observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.3028 of 2017 is closed.
