ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 353, 379 of IPC r/w Section 21(1), 21(2) of the Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.178 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed in Crl.OP(MD)No.11015 of 2021 was dismissed as against this petitioner on 10.08.2021, on the ground that apart from this case, the petitioner is involved in five other cases. 3. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
