The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2016 wherein, the petitioner seeks to disburse the salary for a period of 12 months to the tune of Rs.96,000/- and to regularize his services.
