OP (MD)No.8646 of 2019 dated 01.07.2019 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.V.VAIRAM SANTHOSH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.8646 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8646 of 2019 from 03.07.2019 regularly, and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.8646 of 2019 on 01.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trichy Town Police Station once in a week i.e every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
