..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from passing detention order against the petitioner's husband namely Anton Xaviour Vinister son of Soosai Santhiyagu aged 29 years now confining at Central Prison Palayamkottai in connection with the Crime No.347 of 2021 on the file of 4th respondent by detaining him under the Preventive Detention more particularly under Tamil Nadu Act No.14 of 1982.
