*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry, pursuant to his representation dated 28 September, 2016 and cancel the allotment made to the respondents 5 to 11 on the ground that they are having patta land.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. We have also heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 7 to 11.

3. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28 September, 2016, on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the respondents 5 to 11. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
