ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the name of enquiry/investigation on the basis of the representation dated 27.08.2018.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.370 of 2017, Crime No.15 of 2018 and Crime No.73 of 2018 and investigation is pending. 5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
