ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) and 20 (b) (ii) (B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.215 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that even as per the FIR, the petitioner was in possession of 1.150 kgs of Kanja. The petitioner is not having any bad antecedent and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.10235 of 2019 4.Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner/A3 is having seven previous cases of similar in nature. Hence, he opposed this petition.
5.Taking into consideration of the allegations made against the petitioner that on seeing the police team, the petitioner by dropping the bag run away from the scene of occurrence and thereafter on searching the said bag it was found that 1.150 kgs of Kanja was there and subsequently other two accused were arrested and they were also found in possession of Kanja and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already the petitioner is having seven previous cases of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
