ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.911 of 2020, pending on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent Police after completing the investigation altered the penal provision into 304(A) IPC and filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur on 01.05.2021, which was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate as C.C.No.86 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. 31.10.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes/ No PNM 2/4
