Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 27.02.2017 vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1535/16 Thi Vu Thi Ku and consequential order bearing same reference number, dated 28.02.2017 to quash the same as null and void and direct the respondents to remove the seal affixed by them on 01.03.2017 and permit the petitioners to run the business and pass such further or other orders.
