[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to forbear the respondents from evicting the petitioner pursuant to the notice issued by the third respondent dated 07.02.2017 in respect of Survey No.510/61, situates at Door No.4/351-2, Middle Street, Panaiyur Village, Kulathoor Post, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.It is represented on the side of the respondents that the third respondent has already removed all encroachments. 3.Considering the representation made on the side of the respondents, the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and therefore the same deserves to be dismissed. 4.In fine, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
