To call for the records of the judgment dated 21.01.2022 in Spl.S.C.No. 06 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge(Fast Track Mahila Court) Karur in Crime No. 09 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent police and set aside the same and acquit the appellant/sole accused.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.17121 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.122 of 2022, dated 29.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner M/s.N.Gayathri and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.17121 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.122 of 2022, dated 2/3

29.01.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
