This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal programme on 21.07.2019 at 07.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in the festival of Arulmighu Sri Mandha Karuppasamy, Sri Kaliyamman and Sri Bagavathiyamman Thirukovil at V.Koothampatti, Veerakkal post, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 21.07.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 03.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
