(1) ,(iv), (v), (ix), (xv), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and further direct the second respondent to investigate the same and file final report at the earliest.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to include certain provisions under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act in the pending FIR in Crime No.137 of 2018 on the file of the fourth respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the First Information Report itself was registered only on 13.07.2018 and the investigation is going on. Ultimately, if the offences alleged by the petitioner are made out, the same will also be investigated by the respondent police and an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate alteration report will be filed.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
