2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that challenging the aforesaid order, the respondents have preferred a writ appeal in W.A.(MD) No.230 of 2021 and the same is pending.

3. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, as and when the writ appeal is disposed of, to file a fresh contempt petition if his grievance still exists.
