RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Bail order dated 29/04/2022 and subsequent Modification order dated 10/06/2022 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6314 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8050 of 2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.KALIDOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.6314 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8050 of 2022 on 10.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is over and charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.6314 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8459 of 2022 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8050 of 2022 on 10.06.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the committal Court on receipt of summon.
