PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue Free House Patta for the petitioner in Survey No.274/3, Vaikainallur (N) Village, Kulithurai Taluk, Karur District based on the petitioner;s representation dated 18.02.2019. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for direction, to direct the respondents to issue Free House Patta for the petitioner in Survey No.274/3, Vaikainallur (N) Village, Kulithurai Taluk, Karur District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2019.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on records.

4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
