When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Madurai, in Spl.S.C.No.52 of 2024.
2. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
