This Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's objections dated 03.11.2020 along with the opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, which was submitted by the petitioner pursuant to the notice dated 06.10.2020 in proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/113/2020, on the file of the 3rd respondent and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the encroachment stated in the present Writ Petition has already been removed. Such statement is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (M.S.R.,J.)
