O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition becomes infructuous since after receipt of objections on the provisional assessment order, the authority concerned passed the final assessment order for theft of energy under Section 135 of the Electricity Act on 29.04.2026.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final assessment order in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
