ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks free agricultural electricity service connection for the petition mentioned land.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is clarified that as and when the next announcement is made for providing such connections, the petitioner also will be provided with free agricultural electricity service connection.

4.In view of the stand taken by the respondents, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
