The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent for providing information to the petitioner based on the application dated 28.11.2015 preferred under the Right to Information Act, 2005 in the light of order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings in Anai No.SA 1169/B/2016 dated 21.04.2016 within a time frame.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the information sought for by the petitioner has been furnished. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also agreed for the same.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed.
