Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RABINDRANATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6801 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13494 of 2018, dated 30.08.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. The time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
