Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2016 in consonance with the Proviso appended with Rule 7 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat (Reservation of seats and rotation of Reserved seats) Rules 1995, as expeditiously as possible.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation, dated 05.10.2016, alleged to have been given by the petitioner in respect of rotation of reserved wards, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2. Under the said circumstances, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 3.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the third respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 05.10.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
