[Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The appellants have filed the present Writ Appeal against the order dated 07.01.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P(MD)No.22741 of 2016.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants has produced a communication of the first respondent in Letter No.1477//AA7/2021-15, dated 07.11.2022, addressed to him and submitted that the order made in the aforesaid Writ Petition is complied with and therefore, the relief sought for in this Writ Appeal has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
