This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to renew the petitioner's Passport bearing No.N8261044 based on the application dated 01.12.2025 in File No.TR2076006285425, within a time frame.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2025 seeking renewal of his passport and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
