Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offence punishable under Section 498(a) IPC in Crime No.33 of 2018.

2.The defacto complainant is none other than the daughter-inlaw of the petitioner. The marriage between the petitioner's son and the defacto complainant had taken place on 08.06.2017. The defacto complainant is physically challenged. After the marriage was over, the petitioner's son left for overseas employment. The specific allegation of the defacto complainant is that the petitioner has been harassing the defacto complainant with dowry demands. The defacto complainant has been virtually driven out of the marital home.

3.This Court wanted to know if any maintenance arrangement could be made for the defacto complainant. The petitioner has taken a stand that she cannot persuade her son to make any such arrangement. This is the petitioner's second petition for anticipatory bail.

4.This Court finds no reason to show indulgence to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
