Mani, who is also the owner of the property in Survey No.3/1, S.No.3/2B and Survey No.3/2D1 in Nilaiyur Bit I and Bit II Village of Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the enquiry conducted by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.4241/2023/B4 dated 09.05.2025.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has been allowed to participate in the enquiry and therefore, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
