Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land in old Survey Nos.294/3, 294/4 and 294/2 in Chinnakkampatti Village, Oddanchatiram Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the application, dated 23.01.2017 and remainder, dated 13.02.2017 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for a Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land in old Survey Nos.294/3, 294/4 and 294/2 in Chinnakkampatti Village, Oddanchatiram Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the application, dated 23.01.2017 and remainder, dated 13.02.2017 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 23.01.2017 requesting them to survey the land

comprised in Old Survey Nos.294/3, 294/4 and 294/2 in Chinnakampatti Village, Oddanchatiram Taluk, Dindigul District and a remainder dated 13.02.2017 also sent. Since, no action was forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court for the prayer as stated earlier.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to comply with the request made by the petitioner in his application, dated 23.01.2017, in his presence and communicate the decision thereof, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
