The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute among the petitioner's brothers and sisters in respect of the properties in situated in S.No.24/1 measuring 2.38 acres situated at Avaniyapatti, Ilaiyathakudi Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
