ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.5932 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the 1st petitioner/A2 has complied with the condition for nearly 20 days and the 2nd petitioner/A3 has complied with the condition for nearly 14 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No 5932 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
