ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation in Crime No.194 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent and Crime No.503 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent police and Crime No.159 of 2021 on the file of the 4th respondent police and take appropriate action in the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2022 within time as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in Crime Nos.194 of 2020 and Crime No.503 of 2020 and Crime No.159 of 2021 are only at the FIR stage from the year 2020 onwards. For conducting the proper investigation and relieve the petitioner from the above said cases, he gave a representation to the respondent police on 18.06.2022. But the respondent police have not considered his representation till date. Hence, he filed this petition. 2 / 5

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to expedite the investigation and complete the enquiry. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.194 of 2020 and the third respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.503 of 2020 and the 4th respondent is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.159 of 2021 based on the representation given by the petitioner's dated 18.06.2022 and to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
