This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5974 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17213 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.1076 of 2023 dated 19.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. 1/3

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judge, Mahila court / Additional POCSO Court, Thoothukudi on the 1st working day of alternate English Calender months (commencing from 01.07.2025) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 17/06/2025 / TRUE COPY / /06/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
