Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks education loan for pursuing M.B.B.S Course in the second respondent College. The writ petition was filed in July 2019. We are now in December 2022. The Course must have been substantially under gone.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent also informs the Court that the petitioner is not in arrears. Be that as it may, if the petitioner submits a fresh application along with all the relevant documents, the first respondent is directed to consider the same subject to their usual norms. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No mga 2/4
