Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondents not to take any arbitrary, illegal by violation of natural justice proceedings against the petitioner business of running TASMAC retail vending shop No.10238, functioning at 446, Big Bazaar Street, Trichy.

ORDER

The petitioner herein is the tenant under the third respondent. Since there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the latter refused to accept the rent given by the petitioner. In other words, the third respondent insisted upon the petitioner to vacate the premises in question. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court is at a loss to understand as to how a Writ would lie under Article 226 of the Constitution of India over a dispute between the petitioner and his landlord. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Court, if he so desires.

3. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
