This Civil Revision Petition is preferred by the revision petitioner for early disposal of O.S.No.222 of 2014 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2. According to the revision petitioner who is the second plaintiff in O.S.No.222 of 2014, for the past 9 years, there is no progress in the case though the defendants have filed their written statement and the issues were framed in the year 2016. It is submitted that the case is still in the trial stage without any progress.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the suit is of year 2014, the learned I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District is directed to expedite the case in a time bound manner and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No cost.
