ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the proceedings in SplSC.No.153 of 2024 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul, Dindigul District. 2.The petitioner has moved this application on the ground of compromise and compromise memo signed by the petitioner and the defacto complainant is also filed before this Court. 3.Considering the age of the victim that she is now 17 years old, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. Therefore, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 07.07.2025 DSK 2/4
