O R D E R
This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to give positive direction to the respondents in terms of G.O.2D.No.29 PWD (C2) Department, dated 09.02.2016.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.40588 of 2016, and submitted that the petitioners' will be satisfied, if a similar direction is issued to the respondents to consider their representations dated 09.06.2010.
3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:
3.1. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representations dated 09.06.2010 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
