ORDER
The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation made by the Petitioner on 2.3.2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.M.Alaguthevan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents that the Quality Control Certificate, which is the subject-matter in the present Writ Petition is likely to be issued today and in view of the said submission, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition, since the prayer
sought for by the Petitioner has been positively answered by the respondents.
