ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the fourth respondent to provide Police protection for the purpose of conducting the survey in the property belonging to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that there is a rival claim between the petitioner and respondent Nos.5 and 6. A complaint is also pending before the Anti Land Grabbing Cell.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 05.07.2018, after calling for an enquiry of both the parties and take a decision in accordance with law.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
